            This company is horrible to deal with don't deal with them. They walked away from doing my shower. They cut the glass incorrectly. I was disappointed that the glass would take an extra week to be cut but I accepted it. When they brought the glass to me a week later, they again cut the wrong piece of glass again saying that this job is costing them too much and they just walked away. These mistakes were all their mistakes, why is it the customers fault and now I am without a shower glass and need to start from scratch :( They also insulted my interior designer on the phone, were abusive towards her and hung up on her after she said that she hoped that the customer would be compensated somehow. ****, the receptionist is the nicest person there but **** is the one that deals with things and he has no manors and cuts people off when he speaks. Do yourself a favor and just don't even go there. ZERO STARS

            You are one and the same ****** - the designer from ***** ****** ****** that we were talking and dealing with. You are not a third person.Our supplier is still trying to resolve this issue and you lacked proper manners even though you do it politely.We understand that you lack experience in the construction Business but we assure you and your client that we are doing our best and will be completed to your clients satisfaction.Your client called us directly now and we are working together to complete work.We wish you the best on your future endeavors.

            The client is desperate to have her shower complete on a timely manor. However, it took 4 weeks upon ordering then a delay of 9 days due to incorrect glass and now an additional delay of 4 weeks because another mistake! I truly hope you dont disappoint the client for a third time. (I should have wrote, they insulted THE interior designer. ). I was writing this review because I was your customer. I had advised the client to deal with you directly since you hung up on me and told me to use someone else or we could use someone else but it could take longer since we need to remeasure all over again and start from scratch. The client chose to deal with you on her own so that she could get her shower faster. I was reluctant to allow this considering the past experience but I wanted the client to be happy. In actual fact I found someone else who is able to deliver in **** business days and is $1000 less. They also advised me that your glass design was incorrect so, I am not sure if your company is fully knowledgeable.
