On Aug 19th, 2021 my agreement started with Alluster storage when they picked up. On the 12th of November 2021, I emailed asking them to return my goods. The total amount charged was $503.43. The agreement was that they will store mu goods, however, they were using my goods, and I had evidence. I contacted them on November 17th asking for help, they did not respond. Then I called and was told that I will receive a call back the next day, I didn't. ***** * ***** * ****** ******. I emailed and called and no one is following up. I explained that I have evidence and even tracking of where my products were used. Do not trust them!!! I am rejecting this response because: The claims are not only true, I lost my goods and the amount spent on storage. Additionally, the company made no effort to investigate or even respond for over a month ***** * ****** ****** *** ******. Additionally, the company's actions and response demonstrate lack of accountability ***** ***** ** ******* ****** ** ****.
