Good Day, I purchased from this company before and There policy was you have to buy 2 times and get the product shipped to your billing address. It worked out fine my address was my billing address. The third time I went to buy when I put in my current address there system needed me to login. Apparently when you login their system pulls your last address no the address you submitted. Having purchased thousands of dollars of products on like I have never see or encounter this issue before. I never check the confirmation because I figured I entered my shipping and bill address which is the same there wasn't a issue. A few days later I get a email saying the parcel is delivered.I called our building concierge and asked if there was a parcel she said no. i checked the email and it said it was in a groups mailbox at a former address I have been at in 16 months. now the parcel is still sitting and I am out over 300 dollars. I have spend over 200k on both my ******** ********* ***** for stores all over the world and I have never encountered such poor service. Before this I emailed the company and told them they need get a better system. Most companies use ******* Its superior in every way and this couldn't happen. Their system costs them money***** *** ********* ******** ** ****** They can call Canada post and have the package sent back. But they have been no help. Just because their system reverts back the the last address is their problem. We certainly don't do business like this in New Brunswick we take care of the customers. Thanks ****
