    The website for ********* *** ******* suites is very *********. On original booking Sept 18 we were not notified that the *** ******* were closed certain days of the week and need to book separate. Had this info been on the original booking email I would have canceled the reservation. It wasn't until Sept 25 email that explained we must book the ********** separate. I looked into the bookings and was able to book, 1:30 Monday, October 2, closed Tuesday October 3, and 10 AM booking Wednesday, October 4th. All my calls, emails, voice mail and text ignored. I sent an urgent email Sept 25 2:45 pm, text Sept 27 10:25 am, phone calls Sept 27 10:10 am and Sept 30 5:07 pm. I was attempting to make arrangement for early checkin and nobody reached out once. I began to feel this was a **** and contacted ** **** following my email October 1 , 10:42 am to cancel the reservation. * **** ******* ***** ********** *** ******* ******** *** **** *** **** ** ********** **** Again, my email request to cancel the reservation was ignored and instead, she charged my **** $150. I am requesting a full refund As well, the security deposit $150 must be refunded as I previously canceled the reservation. See attached email correspondence. I feel taken ********* of.. We specifically booked to go to the *** *******, Had no idea the *** ******* were attached to a resort that restricted our access to the *** *******. Basically paid $402.70 to sit in the room after driving 5 hours one way. I have still not received notification my booking was canceled and the days I booked still show unavailable online. I am extremely disappointed with ZERO customer service and concerns. All information should be Highlighted in red and upfront on your original booking email. Thank you ****** *****
