Payment sent to travlink *********/30/2021 - $1,250 for Letter of Acceptance.10/01/2021 - $6,000 tuition fee deposit 10/12/2021 - $3,035 for **** processing fee, government fees plus HST and GST.05/17/2022 - $2,159 for plane ticket and travel insurance.Note: asked many times for a receipt but he never give me.Asked to pay for plane ticket and travel insurance even the **** is not approve yet.This agent name ************** promised to help my sister process her international **** but he said it was refused 3 times. I asked him what program my sister is getting and what's the name of the school but he didn't answer me.He said he will return the other money keep promising but almost two years now still not giving my money back.I wonder why he couldn't provide me an official receipt for such big amount of money. And how could he booked a plane ticket to someone who do not have an international student **** yet.He always makes excuses and now hard to contact. I feel like i got scammed. I wonder if this business is legal to operate. If you can help me please because there were times I cannot sleep. We just borrowed the money from my husband's line of credit. I have all the receipt of the transaction. Also still have all the conversation here if needed.Thank you very much!Customer response

The last time he communicate with us was February 26, 2023. He said, he didn't receive the cheque yet from school that is why he cannot send it back in our account. He's upset everytime we ask him about it. He said also that we are not only his concern.Business response

How are you? I hope all is well with you. I apologized for the late response. I got sick for the past week and just came back to my office. I want to thank you for bringing these to my attention. First, the complainant is my cousin and she is not our client. All the correspondence letter is directly sent to her sister in *************** as per office policy and privacy.
Our office will not disclose anything if the main applicant is requesting, something that the complainant Mrs.**** ****** ********* might understand.
I have attached the proof of the money transfer for your reference.

I am rejecting this response because: he only sent $6,000 which was supposed to be for tuition fee deposit. He keep saying that I am not the principal applicant. Then why he asked me those such big amount of money if he doesn't want me to get involve in my sister's application. He even charged me with tax but until now he cannot provide an OFFICIAL RECEIPT. I want all my money back then if that's the case. He should asked his client to pay him not me. It is not fair after he git all our money he can just completely ignore me.He even booked my sister a plane ticket and asked for a travel insurance even without approved ****************** yet. And same thing no OFFICIAL RECEIPT given.
