    On December 29, 2022, BBB confirmed by the City of Vancouver that the address/location where Instastyled.com claims it is located does not have a business license. BBB checked the website, https://instastyled.com/ to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on December 1, 2021 and the registrant name/information was not disclosed.  BBB also called their phone numbers at 860 245 8856 and 888 574 7204 but only got a voicemail and a disconnected number.

    BBB reviewed files for a high volume of complaints.  Complaints to the BBB about this business generally concern:
    Delivery Issues:
    Some consumers alleged they did not receive products ordered.
    Some consumers alleged that upon follow up on undelivered products they are unable to reach the company.

      This issue all started back on 7/27/22 with merchant Instastyled.com As I was pending a refund/credit for $161.96 for RMA# ****** clothing that did not fit. I sent the items back via *** at my expense. Proof of delivery they were received at the merchants warehouse in *********, ** V6P 6R9 on 9/28 received @ 11:25am by a Dew. I spoke to a rep with the company that advised on 10/18/22 my refund was in process and would hit my account in 7 business days. After many attempt to contact the merchant with no response, and blocked emails. I contacted by credit card company to fight the charges which were declined. 2/24/23. Thus, why I am now trying to connect with you. This is not acceptable and this company is more less robbing people of their hard earned money. Please advise how you can assist me with this matter. Let me know if you need more details. Respectfully, ***********************

      Ordered a dress for my daughter in September of last year. The dress was ill fitting and not what was advertised. I reached out to return (which was challenging to find information about how to process the return). Starting in October went back and forth about providing a store credit, etc. I continued to push to receive a full return. Was asked to send the item back in original packaging, original condition, send pictures of the items and then was provided a process for return. This all took 2 months of lack of responses to emails and following up. I sent the items back with a tracking number to the address they provided **** ******** ***** *** ****** ** ***** with a 3 day delivery. No response so I followed up again. I then received the package back because they rejected the package. At this point it was truly based on principle to get a refund. We are now in mid January and was told they would process a refund again after following up with no success. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
