            Require refund for ****************** from Bee's Knees installation of expansion tank. Plus would like interest charges from the last invoice refunded.Nov. 8/22 for $435.75 invoice ******************* charges $53.37 invoice #**** Dec.19/23.****'d our basement which required Bees Knees to move our new hot water tank. Once tank moved back into place it has been leaking ever since. Pop off valve keeps releasing & leaking. Bees Knees came out Nov 3/22 replaced this valve for $284.68. Within a day or so it was leaking again. They returned Nov. 8/22 said it was now the *** valve for the ********** needed an expansion tank to fix the problem, charged us $435.75. This lasted a bit longer but again the pop off valve started to leak. They returned Dec 12/23 replaced the *** valve again, still it was leaking. They came back Dec. 19/23 and replaced yet another pop off valve for $311.37. The valve was still leaking so we didn't pay this invoice until we could have a 2nd opinion. During this time we had the ******************** check our water system pressure and hired another plumber who realized the issue of an undersized expansion tank for our hot water tank size & the location of this tank was not correct. The new plumber sized it appropriately & the problem was fixed. We tried calling the owner of Bees Knees to discuss this ************** us our money for the undersized expansion tank or at least allow us to not pay the last $311.37 invoice but instead of calling us back he sent an invoice with interest charges. We have called 3 times now with no call back from him. Typically one has 30 days to pay but we were charged $53.37 interest for 17 days of being overdue. Last time we spoke with him he stated we had to pay the invoice & that he would only help us out next time. All this after we spent over $25000 with his company for both electrical & plumbing services in our basement reno. Now we have a tank we cannot use and had to pay another plumber to install the proper tank.

            I needed a new range hood and called Bees Knees. A *** came out and itemized a number of other items that could be remedied, as well as, the range hood. Two technicians followed and removed the old hood . The dimensions of the old and new hood hole were different and the *** said there would be a gap between hood and wall. Bees knees does not do this type of ***air so we agreed to go ahead and we would find someone to ***air it later. I went to ********** to see if I could buy supplies to fix the gap myself . I had taken pictures to show and assist me in explaining what I needed. The ********** *** said he could see daylight so the vent was not sealed properly and I should go back to Bee knees to "finish the job". I contacted Bee Knees and sent along the pictures and they said that I should not have contacted ********** as they did not know the scope of Bees Knees' work. They did not offer to fix the ducting.********** suggested that I call a tradesman and recommended someone to call (Bees knees could not recommend anyone who could do it). I called this gentleman. He tested the airflow and found that it was blowing air(and odors) back into the kitchen. He took the outside vent apart, sealed it properly and reassembled it. When retested, the airflow was blowing to the outside. This is exactly what the ********** *** said was required, initially, when I enquired. Surely it is within Bees Knees technicians scope of work to seal a vent properly. If two other tradesmen can see the problem why couldn't their technicians? One more point, the technician could mention to a customer that a full house surger may disrupt the wifi in the house, It did ours.I would recommend anyone looking for this type of service to bypass Bees Knees. In my opinion, they lack both technical competence and customer relations politeness.*****
