            On September 14, 2020 I hired Glendale Renovations to do some work for me on a property in Vernon. Cliff told me that he will get on it as soon as he completes the job he is presently working on. Nothing happened for months and I called a number of times and he told me that he is still working on jobs and that he cannot find workers to help him complete the work. In late fall, he did go to the property and put in about 5 screens on some drains on the roof - that is all. To date he has done nothing else. I called a number of times in the spring and left messages but received no return calls until June 24, 2021 when he told me he still was too busy to get on the job. I sent him a text after this conversation to cancel the work. I had already assumed he had skipped out on me and I had hired someone else do much of the work. I have requested the $3000.00 deposit back that I had given him. He has stated he will try to return the money but to date has not.
