I ordered a plumbing fixture on January 6th 2022. I was told 4 to 6 weeks until it will be in. After 7 weeks I did not hear anything. I called Emco Ensuite in Burnaby and they said they called me twice to pick up. * **** ** ****** ***** ** ** *** **** *** **** and I did not receive a call. I was told to come down and get it. A week later I was free to pick it up. When I got there I was told by someone that they shouldn't have told me to pick it up here because this is just a showroom ( I didn't know parts were not stored here). They gave me the address to the warehouse but told me the part is not in yet and to wait a few more weeks and it should be there. I waited until May and called the emco warehouse and they told me it was in. 4 days later I drove to the warehouse only to be told they accident put it on another order and they were "very sorry" the man behind the counter told me they will mail it directly to me. It is now July 14th and I have not received anything. I have called multiple times and no one can give me an answer. I just want my money back so I can never deal with these guys again
