After shopping around, I purchased a double mattress at Zeds Beds in Langford BC on Oct 14/22 for **** (included delivery). Service was excellent & I sent a good review. But by early Feb, the pillowtop was wrinkling so I called the store. The clerk said that wasn't good and he would pass on my concern. Two weeks passed and no one contacted me so I called again. Eventually, I was in contact with **** *****, the Territory Account Manager, who asked me to email him photos of the wrinkles. I don't have a cell phone so it took me a couple of weeks to get that done but the email was sent on Apr 23. On May 5, I finally got an email from **** who now wanted photos of the box spring & frame, and labels on the mattress. He told me that the box spring could cause the pillow top to wrinkle (???) -- I told him no one said anything about that when I bought the mattress & there is nothing wrong with my box spring. When I explained that sending photos was a problem, he said he'd be in Victoria mid-June and would do a home visit. On June 11, he hadn't contacted me so I sent an email. He neither acknowledged receipt nor did he call. I tried to get the contact for the owner but had to leave a msg. On June 19th, **** called me and said the owner would call me on Mon or Tues (19th or 20th). No one has called me since. The pillowtop is now very wrinkled and wavy, and the mattress itself is feeling lumpy which is causing me discomfort and back pain. The mattress also sometimes squeaks. As a senior on a fixed income, I am very worried and frustrated. Zeds is offering NO customer service. I would've settled for a replacement but at this point, I would prefer a refund so that I can buy a mattress elsewhere. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
