This man Logan Green needs to be stopped. He is a crook. Do not do business with him if you value your money. He is quick to take your money then stops communicating and blocks you. He advertises on Market Place. I have never worked with such a crook in my life. I wish I could rate less than one this is an awful man he only makes money by stealing it.Review from Sue H

Stay away from this company. They took our deposit and then went dark for 2 weeks. Eventually we got ahold of them to schedule the install and also asked them for documentation that confirms the installation would be professionally installed, to satisfy our insurance. They said they couldn't provide that information but then kept our deposit - claiming we'd already bought the used stair with our deposit and they couldn't return the stair to some rando 3rd party. Argued with us that it was as if we'd bought a used TV... we'd never get our money back? Totally sketchy. We called the police and they said they'd look into fraud charges. Makes me crazy when rip off artists prey on vulnerable people. I just wish I had thought to search out the company on this platform before engaging with them.Review from Bernice L

We had an outdoor stairlift installed by Integral Home Medical. Several problems surfaced within a few months after payment, i.e. loose cable, intermittent operation, charger deficiency, high pitched screech when chair was in use. It took multiple emails to affect a service call (many no-shows) and the charger has not been replaced 5 months later. The chair is unsafe as indicated by metal-on-metal screech of what sounds like worn-out parts giving out. Very unsatisfactory product and servicing. The owner no longer honors the 2-year warranty or responds to emails a short 9-months in.Review from Donna C

This company, through Logan, has been very unprofessional in its care for the equipment for my husband. They left us with a non-functioning stairlift for very long periods. After approximately 6 months of trying with hundreds of texts from them saying they would fix the equipment, they finally stopped answering text, email or phone calls. We finally had to ask them to remove the complete non-functioning stairlift. They had stated in writing that they would refund us a portion of the equipment costs and then never did refund us. We hope this company does not put other clients at risk. We had to get extra supports to manage when their equipment failed. We had 2 electric chairlifts expertly installed in our residence last year by this company. After an accident with one chair, we contacted the company. The installer came out, inspected the problem, accepted payment, never to be seen again. After Many desperate calls & mails, we received only 2 responses. It is now 2 month later, and we have Not had the chair repaired yet. ** *** ** * ** ***** **** ** ******** **** ***** ********* We were told the chairs were 2 years old.
