            My car was towed in at the end of may for my clutch to be replaced and custom exhaust downpipes made. When it was towed in we spoke and confirmed the clutch job and i explained i wanted the downpipes made of mandrel bent pipe and to not just empty my catalytic converters. The car was not pulled in for 3 weeks after being told it would be completed in 2 weeks. Last week i received a message that it was done and it was not as it still needed an o2 sensor. I had also found out that they did not build my exhaust how i wanted and was agreed upon that they just emptied my catalytic converters, so i received a quote to fix the exhaust for $1500 and presented it to them. After presenting the quote the owner has been quite defensive and has been threatening a lien on my car since i won't pay the full bill. Over text with the owner in regards to this i have felt quite ******* and have been made to feel ********** and like i should not come in to his shop alone to negotiate this discrepancy.
