Quote dated 21/10/2021 Deposit $2000 paid 2/12/2021 Required to do attic insulation, spray foam and blow in insulation. Several reasons over the last three months were provided for not yet commencing with the job, one determined to be false, the most important one with regard to his insurance coverage at ******** **. We confirmed this with ******** ** (acct #*********) where we obtained a clearance letter that indicates as of today February 28, 2022 that his account with them was cancelled 20 February 2021 and that he no longer is covered by their insurance. We have attempted to contact him multiple times, by email, by phone, by Instagram account, by contact through yellow pages, and by registered letter to re-imburse our deposit. Owner's name : Matthew John R***** ***** **** ****** ** providing me an official transcript of my deposit to Grizzly that will be electronically provided to me in 3 to 5 business days. We also have the estimate #31 on file.
