My Wife and I where looking to trade in our Jeep after paying it it off. We where really excited to find a relatively new Explorer to replace it. The first issue started when I was signing the papers and they hurried me through the Carfax. On closer inspection the SUV had been in an accident with a *****$ fix price. I inspected the frame and panel alignments. My wife was really excited and it looked to be fixed correctly, so I overlooked their little blunder ** ****** ** **** ** **** *** The second issue came after they assured me approval was complete, they issued me a temporary registration and sent us on our way. A few days later I got a call asking me to put my wife on the loan. Apparently the bank thought I was gonna trade in my brand new f250 for the Explorer. A bank with a lot of car experience, thought I was trading in my f250 for *****$ (jeep trade price). I called them out right away. but again was assured if I would just apply my wife to the loan it would be fine. So now my wife has been loving her new SUV and has been driving it for almost a month. They called again saying that loan couldn't work that my credit couldn't hold two vehicles. T* ** **** ** ****** ** ***** *** ** ****** ********* ** ** ****** The part I take issue is with the 3 time guarantee the loan is approved. The multiple pulls on my credit report causing it to go down even further. I **** ***** **** *** *********** *** ************* I take issue with letting my Wife get excited for something then ripping that joy away, she drove it for a month. **** ********* *** ** ******* ****** ** ****** ** ******* ** ******* ** *** ********* ******** ** **** ******** ** ** ********** In my opinion they knew they made a mistake and wouldn't own it. So over a month later I will be taking back the Explorer they said was approved 4 times. So now I have an old jeep and an even lower credit now, STEER CLEAR of this ***** **** sales department. ***** ***** ********** ************* ****** ************
