01/21, I had Ruvim install the flooring at ****************** From the start of this he has done nothing but continuously cancel & rebook due to emergencies. When I had said I wanted to get someone else, he did finally show up by sending some employees of his own. Without going into details of the mess that this installation became during the installation & just move on to the floor no being properly installed, I had sent the flooring company who referred the work an email to complain about the curl up in one / two boards thinking it was the flooring in 03/21. It was diagnosed as installation was done wrong. Ruvim did contact me once the flooring company called him. He said he will be out to repair asap. Couple of months had passed and heard nothing again. I emailed him several times & no response. I then contacted the flooring company again to see if they could do something. I finally heard from Ruvim to book for repair & during the phone call of original complaint he said he will bang it down & I insisted he would need to replace in order to fix as per flooring co, only to have him cancel yet more scheduled appts. and No more contact from him. Finally after losing my patience and frustration I had threatened to report to BBB. He finally showed up on 01 24/22 which is a year later after numerous requests by me to get it done. He blew dried my flooring for 10 mins &cut away some of the flooring & called it repaired when the boards had to actually be removed & replaced. Once he claimed the repair was done, I clearly told him it was unacceptable as it was not fixed & left with a hill in between damaged boards. After yelling & demanding it to be fixed properly he claimed he didn't have his equipment with him to repair & he will have to come back. He took a picture & said he will contact the flooring company & get back to me later that night with a date. He did not contact either the company nor I about it & still waiting for proper repair.Business response
