              Been with Portage Mutual Insurance for 20 years. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Had a claim with our home that started two years ago and haven't seen the contractors since last winter 2023. Just been told by Portage Mutual that they signed off on the claim,paid ******** ******** and closed the claim..Adjuster **** *** said that we told him the work was completed..******** *******..Adjuster didn't even come out to look at the work done..our home was destroyed at one point...******** ****** ****** ******** ** ***** ******* ****** ** ******** ******** ** **** ***********
