I emailed Clean Line on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to get a call back from Clark almost immediately! Even more impressive, he was able to send someone to my house in an hour! I was so pleased with Alex and the service he provided. He definitely knows what he is doing and he resolved my sewer backup problem immediately. He was very personable and easy to talk with and had some very good recommendations for me. Was booked by property management company to have Clean Line come out for a follow up service call to repair damage they caused on the first visit. They didn't show up or call ahead to cancel. Original problem was not solved either. Follow up call to rebook and their rep said someone would contact me on the Monday but no one did. Really disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism.

Clean Line Sewer and drain responded promptly and cleared my clogged sewer line without any issues. I appreciate the professional and prompt service.

Clean Line came to my home January 3, 2022 to clear the home sewer line. The sewer line was cleared, but the metal nosing on the stairs leading to my basement was dented on several steps, (6) when they transported their equipment to and from my basement.
They are not taking responsibility for the damage and refuse to replace the nosing until I pay their invoice to clear the sewer line.

Prior to paying their invoice, I asked for assurance that the repair would be done. Specifically I asked to speak directly with the person they would hire to do the job. They will not provide me the name and contact information of the contractor they said they would get to fix the nosing. *************************************************************** **
As I couldn't get information directly from the Clean Lines flooring subcontractor, I obtained two quotes for repair of the nosing, and sent the quotes to Clean Lines. One quote was from**************** the very company that Clean Lines said their flooring contractor did work for. Both quotes are for amounts that are more than double the amount of the sewer line service.
I agreed to give them a money order for what I owe for sewer service in exchange for Clean Lines giving me a money order in the amount of the lessor of the two nosing repair quotes. Clean Lines also refused this offer.

Very happy with the service we received from the recent work done by Clean Line. And especially with the polite professionalism of the serviceman, Brandon. I will definitely be having them back to work on a few more issues on my house.

Called Clean Line to have a plumber come to fix what appeared to me to be a leak in the water line to the basement bathroom and to repair the outside water tap. Brett arrived in the time stated, fixed the outside tap, quickly determined the leak was from the faulty seal of the toilet on the main floor and replaced the faulty seal in no time. The cost of the work was most reasonable and Brett was a pleasant and capable technician (wearing a mask and double vaccinated I might add).

I called Clean Line Sewer and Drain in an effort to assist my 85 year old mother find a solution to a very stressful plumbing problem she has. My mother has sewer lines backing up in her house and has paid almost over $700 to 2 different companies trying to have the problem fixed. She was finally told that her sewer line under her concrete basement floor is broken and will be a very expensive and destructive repair to her basement and rec room. I called Clean Line on my mother's behalf to ask them to give her a quote for the repair. The person who answered did not say her name so I politely asked her name as I have found it absolutely necessary to keep track of the persons I talk to regarding important business matters. She immediately became evasive and rude and would not give her name. She then asked me where I was calling from? I did not answer that question. She then asked my name. She still had not given her name. I replied with my name. She still did not provided her name and rudely said "This is Clean Line how may I help you?". I asked again that she give me her name. She said her name was Nikki. I then explained the problem and asked if Clean Line would come out and give my mother a free quote to do the repair. "Nikki" said there would be a charge of at least $100 to give the quote. I thanked her, advised that she needed to have a better customer service attitude, said goodbye, and hung up.
