Big E's Tree Removal in Winkler did a job last approximately 10 months ago *** *** **** **************. He ruined my eavestrough, a three hundred dollar pool, a steel garden box as well as my firepit, not to mention the entire yard. He made me take him to Home Hardware to purchase a *** dollar roll of chain on my dime because he was unprepared for the job. ** ********* ** ** ************** ** ******* **** *** **** *********** ******** ***** *** ** *********** ***** ******** ** *** ******* ** ****** ** **** *** **** **** **** *** ******  He was a huge source of stress and his "work" has cost me more in repairs. If he wasn't able to perform the job at the price quoted, he should have quit, not continued and ruined everything in the yard.

The job was a success. Because the customer did not pay me for my work and called me half way through the job to say they were not paying as a company we stopped work.

This person does not understand physics and what tree work is. There is no possible way to get a massive tree out of a enclosed back yard with no access to it without some damage.

The damage was discussed before hand and the approval was granted to go a head by the customer.

      ** *** *** *** ** *** ****** ***** **** **** *** ** * **** ***** ** ***** ****. There was a old pool with grass growing on it. The customer was told to move it yet did not do so.

The garden box was also to be moved but the customer did not do so.

      As well the customer at no point intervened and said to stop work. ******* ** *** ** *** ***** *** ****** ******

The customer is not understanding that the tree had to come down quickly because hydro was shut of to the fire station. Big E paid for the equipment to get the tree down out of their own pocket and no payment was ever made.

The tree was to come down in short order but because there was an open excavation on one side and house on the other Big E was quick to solve the problem.

The tree does not belong to Big E and there is no obligation to remove it from the premises.

Because the tree was dead and a hazard to the neighbors Big E brought it down regardless of the customers inability to pay for the work.

***** ***** **** ***** ********* **** *** ** Climbing gear was missing and not returned and had to be replaced at the cost of Big E.

Had that tree came down on its own it would have fallen on the wires supplying the town fire station and possibly killed the neighbor due to the size of it.

The local ****** tree service was called prior and could not accomplish the removal. Only Big E had the skill and knowledge to remove their tree.

Had the customer paid their bill they could have received some compensation. However they still have the full payment in their pocket hence they can pay for any inconvenience.

Big E apologizes for their frustration however if they had experience with large tree removal they would know it is a complicated, expensive, dangerous job with machine ruts and other minor damages. Their tree weighed at least 7 tones, what did they expect? They only had to pay ***** A job like that for a regular customer cost *****

      *** ******** *** ******* *** * ** ****** ** *** ******** ***** *** **** **** ******* ***** **** ******* *** * ***** **** *** ******* They knew what they were buying and they could see how Big E removes tree. **** ** **** *** ******** *** ** ******** *** ******* **** ***** *** **** **** ******** **** * ******** *** *** *** ******* *** ************* Wood is very heavy and it would have been wise to have been honest and kind to Big E. If they did not have the money to pay they could have said so *** ***** ***** **** **** ** **** *** ********** ** *********. Big E would have done the job for free. But because the customer refused to pay *** *********** ********* *** ** They can clean up thier own mess.

      ** *** *** ***** *** *** *** *** * ********* * * **** *** ***** **** *** ********* **** ***** ** *** ********** ** ** ***

      Sincerely, Big E
