I visited the Subway in question on May 19, 2023 (timestamp on receipt is 7:25:58pm). I wanted to use a coupon but was told I could not after I had already had my subs made and ready to be paid for. Apparently, the subs I ordered did not qualify for the coupon. Would have been nice to know prior to time to pay. The coupon was for three subs at a price of about $*****. I had to pay full price; $****** The coupon would have saved me about $**** plus tax, for about a total of $****. I am requesting a refund in the amount of no less than $***** I* ******** ** *** ************** ********** *** ***** ****** ** ******* ** ****** *** **** *** *** **** ********* I contacted Subway via their online survey, and requested they contact me, but they have yet to contact me back.Business response

I was able to get in touch with Derek and figure out the issue. Basically one of the sandwiches was not the type valid for the coupon so the POS rejected the offer. I have provided Derek with a Gift Card for $** to use on his next visit.
