We first went to Torino Tile to update our 15 year old kitchen with a backsplash. Sandra was able to help us select several tiles that would work with our colours and layout. From there, we borrowed the tiles and placed them in our kitchen. After choosing our favourite one, we placed the order and the tiles arrived in the estimated time frame. Sandra and Wayne walked us through how to install them and the backsplash turned out great! When it was time to tile our shower at the lake, we had no hesitation but to go to Torino Tile. Sandra has a great eye for colours and helped us to select something modern, warm and breathtaking. The service is fantastic *** ** ***** ****** ********* **** ********

I was frazzled when I walked in to Torino Tile and immediately felt the calm. I had shopped at countless tile stores over the past many weeks and this was positively the last store I was going to try before putting my kitchen renovations on hold for a season. How professional do I have to be when I write this? I must confess that their dog was like therapy as he gently followed me around, graciously encouraging any communication I had with him. Although I didn't know it at the time, I would have taken a guess that the staff was a husband and wife team who could possible be the owners of this quaint little nook. That was correct. The pleasant atmosphere continued as Sandra took a real interest in my project, discovered my taste, and was able to zero in on a winning tile in short order. It was fun! And the experience didn't stop at the store front. Communications and preparations leading up to and through the tile setting was thorough and cheerful. The tile setter was also a rare find, displaying great attention to excellence as well as unwavering loyalty to his "owners"- refusing to be lured by the offer of others. I have read about successful businesses that incorporate the customers' needs over the almighty dollar. Torino Tile fulfilled every detail. I didn't just get good quality. I got a great experience from the moment I walked into their door until the tile setter walked out of mine!Review from Sylvia S.

For my fireplace project I purchased tiles from Torino Tile on St. Mary's Road. Sandra & Wayne were very friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful in helping me choose the tiles as well as all the things I needed to complete the project. There was very little waste so they were able to figure out the exact number of tiles & materials needed. I love my fireplace. It turned out spectacular! We had no prior experience or reviews from Torino tile . It was simply a place i noticed on my daily drive to work . So I emailed Sandra for an appt and quote for resurfacing our fireplace. I honestly can't say enough good things about Sandra and her husband Wayne . They were both so very accommodating and down to earth. Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and experienced . She went out of her way to find a suitable tile that would match to our liking. We took a few samples home and in the end chose a style of tile that she has suggested . Their tile installer , Brennan , was a pleasure to deal with - meticulous , efficient, and extremely talented at matching the pattern of the tiles. The final product exceeds our expectations! We can't say enough good things about the team at Torino tile. I would not hesitate to recommend them ! We recently renovated our kitchen. The top cupboards are now a white shaker style and the bottoms are grey. We needed a backsplash that would blend but also make a statement. Wayne and Sandra from Torino tile helped us pick out the tile but more importantly the grout. We are very pleased with the service at the store and very pleased with the installer. We really appreciated dealing with Torino Tile. The owners were very patient with us throughout the tile selection process. The installer was "extremely" knowledgeable and a definite asset to the successful installation of our kitchen back-splash.
