I just had an interaction with someone at Palliser about the leather couch I purchased one year ago. The head rest is already peeling. I paid almost $*******. It has a 5 year warranty. But they only agreed to send me a new leather wrap. It’s up to me pay for someone to actually fix the couch. ********* **** **** **** *********

Although the piece was purchased "As Is" with no warranty, Palliser is happy to provide replacement parts at no cost leaving the consumer only the labor for repairs.

I custom ordered a Palliser couch, it took 6 months to get and the quality is worst I have ever seen. Some cushions are top stitched others are side stitched, the back is all wrinkled and has gaps. It is the worst most expensive couch I have purchased. **** **** **** *** ******** I read the company had top quality products, I saw a sample on the showroom.

Leather peels off on their recliners. We had a warranty and got it replaced on 2 chairs but our 2 other chairs began peeling. We trashed the chairs after only 3 years of use. Spent more than *k on the set. Unbelievably poor customer service for the price. ********** ***** ***** **** *****. This is not luxury quality or service.

The couch I bought, when I received it I notice the quality of leather is horrible, and wasn’t filled properly. Bad customer service, saying it’s ‘handmade’ and basically won’t do anything about it, just offer to get more filling. Rather of bought a cheaper couch for the same quality

The leather on the backrest of the chaise section on a $**** Palliser sectional started peeling after about a year of light to normal use. No other pieces of the sectional are showing similar defects. Even the seat of the chaise, which gets more wear than the back, is totally fine. Palliser clearly used inferior leather on the back seating surface. But here's the part that makes them an outright ********** company. They will not deal with customers directly and told me to go through the store I purchased it at. After almost a year of back and forth with the store as a middleman, they said they will not honor my warranty because I purchased a "protection plan" (yeah... that is an actual clause in their warranty that they can exercise). But what I actually bought is an ACCIDENT protection plan and that company will not cover anything because this is clearly a manufacturing defect. So now I'm stuck in a Catch 22 that neither company will cover (**** ****** ****** *** ** *** ********* *** *** ********** ***** ****** *********** ***** ***** **** *** ******* ********). We bought this sectional because it had great looks. It certainly isn't comfortable. But now I'm left with an uncomfortable eyesore in my living room that has to be covered in cloth and pillows just to be functional. I HATE this couch! Never again will any piece of Palliser furniture be in my own home or one of my rental properties.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Palliser purchase. To touch on a few of your points. Yes Palliser works through the retailers when it comes to repairs and issues with a product. This is because the retails store is local, and knowns the local technicians to be able to serve consumers better. The issue with the defect was discussed with the retail store and has been determined to not be a manufacturer defect. It is localized damage to the headrest. Replacement covers were sent to the retailer to correct the damage in May 2023.Although it saddens Palliser that Mr. ****** is not happy with his purchase, Palliser has met its obligations and has and will continue to work with the retailer to solve any further issues.

Poor quality product and even worse customer service. I purchased an expensive leather sofa with two electric recliners. After less than 3 years of light use by one person, the leather on one of the seat cushions developed a severe crease and I am afraid the leather is going to crack. I contacted Palliser directly and they told me I had to go through the dealer. I contacted the dealer who in turn contacted Palliser and was then sent a video which demonstrates that the leather should be smoothed.. However the cushion in the video has no seams. My seat cushion has two seams and the leather cannot be smoothed. When I responded such, the next response was that I could purchase a new cushion and have it installed at my expense. I have owned leather furniture in the past from other manufacturers and this was never an issue. ******** ************ *** ******* ********* *** ******* ***** ****** ***** ******** **** *** ******

Ordered two power recliners, broadway crimson leather, grade 3000 (second highest grade), non leather match on non touch surfaces. This was about $3000 in 2017. Since then one recliner arms are separating, another had to have the controls replaced and both of them within a year started to peel badly on the fauz leather surfaces. They state this will only be on non touch surfaces, but the inside of the arms IS touching my body and it is peeling badly.
