We hire Evolution Hvac Services (Michael) to install new gas furnace and air condition to our property. He start working from Aug 01, 2022 after few installation date cancelled. He removed all old equipment's and did not show up for few days and my tenant has no Ac and furnace. Finally he completed all installation on Aug 05, 2022 and tell us he will get permit for new furnace and get inspection done by MB Hydro. After few days noticed that AC was not shutoff and always keep running. He came after few called and fixed it. Also when we try to turn on furnace and furnace also did not fire up, so he came again and fixed it. After few weeks we noticed that he did not take any permit to installed new gas furnace and did not apply for inspection therefore my tenant call hydro for inspection. MB Hydro came on Sep 29/22 for inspection and noticed no permit pull out for gas furnace and all work not done as per MB standard. Therefore MB hydro give us notice to complete the all work by Oct 29 2022. We notify Evolution (Michael) to take permit and complete all work on the infraction notice and re-submit for inspection. He promised us to complete but he never come and even did not pull out permit for gas. When we contact him after serval times he ask us to contact another contractor to complete the work and pull out permit for gas and he will pay the cost as he closed the business. But we found that he still taking quotation for new contract. Therefore we found another contractor to pull out permit and complete work on the infraction notice, On Nov 16 all work was done by another company ******* ********** ***** and he send us invoice that I sent to Evolution.
