Great company. Honest and good pricing I have been on their monthly maintenance program for around 10 years. They come quick if there is a problem and are able to quickly resolve it. I bought a new furnace and an AC from them. Excell ent and friendly installation and complete clean up after the job is done. It's been a week since we had our high efficiency Amana furnace installed by Service Right Now and I couldn't be happier. Greg and Damien did a great job installing the system. We needed to replace both our 20 year old Lennox furnace and 11 year old hot water tank so called SNR whom had replaced our air conditioner 5 years ago and did a great job. After a very informative discussion with Mark decided to replace the furnace with the Amana AMVM97 and could not be happier. Not only did Damian and Greg do a great job with the installation but the furnace works great and keeps our house at a consistently warm temperature, finally. Menno Recently my 15 year old Goodman a/c stopped working one evening. Called a friend who has used SRN as their service provider for many years. Called their after hours number, spoke with a technician. I indicated that there was no urgency to come that evening. He suggested I call at 8:00 AM the next morning and arrange a service call. Called at 8 and promptly got a real person. I asked when a service man could come and she indicated 9:30 that morning. Mark showed up on time, first checked our furnace, cooling coil, advised of a service bulletin out on our model furnace, corrected that. Then he went to the outdoor unit, within 2 minutes diagnosed the problem. Had the parts needed in his truck and Mark had the unit up , cleaned and running by 10:30. Offered us his service maintenance plan. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. Thank you very muchService Right Now Ltd. Response
