************* The owner of this business cannot handle an honest feedback. Generally, customers are always right, but he made me feel like I was *****. And when I was I able to prove myself with CCTV footages, he just broke his contract with me...

Dec 22-23, there was a big snowfall. When I went to my place, I saw my neighbor already cleared more than half of the snow. Out of embarrassment, I also took a shovel and helped my neighbor.

Dec 24, I text messaged the owner. I told him that my neighbor and I shovelled the snow yesterday, and not his guys. I said I texted him so he can verify that his guys were reporting their work honestly to him, and other than that, it's no big deal for my neighbor and myself to clear the snow.

Dec 25, the owner responded. He said he sent out his guys that day. He said I should give access to my CCTV footages to prove what I'm texting to him is true. I said I don't know how to do that.

Dec 26, He texted ordering me to send him all CCTV footages on the days they worked. So I sent him like 30-50 video footages.

Dec 27, he texted back that he saw a bunch of videos and what date that was for. I said Dec 23 the first snowfall in December. He said no it's not the first snowfall, and he sent out his guys 3x before that on Dec 5, Dec 16, and Dec 21. I said, okay since you you're claiming that I will check my CCTV footages if they actually showed up. I sent him like 30-50 additional footages showing the following:

.....Dec 5, the weather was clear, the sidewalks and front path were clear and so, understandably, nobody showed up to clear the snow. Unlike what the owner claimed.

.....Dec 16, conditions were the same: the weather was clear, the sidewalks and path were clear. I sent the owner footages from Dec 15 as well to show that things were clear from the day before as well, so the sidewalks and pathways were clear not because his guys showed up to clear them. Nobody showed up unlike what the owner claimed.

.....Dec 21, there was slight snowing. One guy showed up around 9:50pm and cleared the front path till about 10:15pm. The footages didn't show the guy cleared around the side of the house toward the back.

Dec 28, the owner texted me telling me that he will stop servicing my property, and that "it is better if you hire your neighbor," and that "your complaining isn't worth the trouble."

Clearly, this guy's business is doing so well that he can afford to cut-off customers at a drop of a hat. ***************************************************

As customers, we have the right to check if they were doing their work properly when there is work that needs to be done. Especially since we were barely having any big snowfall in the last two years, and getting charged $150 every month whether it snows or not.
