Item(s) never received: Rear bumper cover Nature of dispute: Not responding to emails nor reimbursing for rear bumper cover. Dispute resolved: Negative. Allied has quit responding to emails. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/29) */ Some time back we activated an order for the customer. The items needed were not easy to acquire. ********************************************* The customer left us a $400.00 deposit as outlined on the order. We were to ship the goods, and bill the balances owing to the same card. We tried to communicate with Edward, however his email was returned ********************** At one point in time, March 13/2021 we did call and managed to reach Edward. Who says that he has been having problems with emails in his area being sent back. He okay that we ship what we have for him, and backorder the single piece we were having problems finding ************* We did that and of the $400.99 he had with us, there remains only $33.55. We will arrange to credit his card with this remaining amount.************************************************** We regret that we could not fill his order completely, however, find used parts for this vehicle are often a challenge. They were a limited production vehicle and not manufactured for all markets. Thanking you for your communication. Yours truly Alec at Allied in Winnipeg Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Allied Auto gave me the total price quote of $400.00 for all the parts I requested. This response was not the agreement. I'm going to end this whole ordeal now and have learned a valuable lesson regarding future business with them. Thank you for your time.
