I ordered a sweater from this company on December 7th 2023. It was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. I waited those allotted days and then emailed, called, sent Facebook messages and messaged their "bot" on their website. All to no avail. The number I called from their website has an answering machine with a completely different phone number as their message. So I also called that number to no avail. Order made on 9/10/2023 for a hoodie and a sweatshirt totaling $******* As of 9/11/2023 the money was out of my account at ********* ****** ****** On the order it stated delivery within 3-7 days. On 9/20 I inquired about the delivery. The status on Shop still stated only that the order was made. I received an auto-generated response about the tracking number which I have and I replied as such. On 9/24 I received an email stating there was a delay due to ******** ******* and ****** ****. I had not received any update by 9/30 so I emailed back, again with a auto-generated but no real response. By 10/2 I decided to cancel the order and stated as such on an email. Again I have not received any update on the order. As of now it only has "Order Placed" as a status.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My resolution was for either delivery of the product or a refund, and the product was delivered.

I placed an online order with Red Rebel Armour and paid via Interac e-transfer on July 17, 2023, in the amount of $****** CAD. As the company has autodeposit configured for their Interact e-transfer email address, my payment was automatically deposited. That same day, I replied to the company’s order confirmation email to cancel my order and request a refund (something their cancellation and refund policies allows). The company confirmed the cancellation of my order, by email, on July 22, 2023, but did not refund my payment. Despite follow-up emails from me since then, the company has not refunded my payment.Business response

We have 14 days to issue the refund as per our refund policy states.
We did notify the complaintant today about that as well. (July 27/23)
We also mentioned the refund will be processed tomorrow or Monday.

The business provided a refund today via interact e-transfer.
I thank them for their cooperation and for resolving the issue.
I am satisfied with the outcome and I wish to close this complaint.
