      Ordered pizza tonight from pizza hotline as we always do cause its my favorite place to order pizza from and this was the first time that we did not like it . There was something off about the sauce or the meat we cant figure it out but we couldn't eat the pizza due to the taste. It tasted really off like sour or something . I've never had any issues with there food before and we order weekly from there so I'm really disappointed with how our pizza tasted tonight. I'm not one to complain usually but 4 of us tried the pizza and we all said the same thing .

      Hi so when I call pizza hotline to order pizza today they said that there is no money credited to my number and even after I explained the situation they still state that there isn't anything showing on there end ...how can this get fixed so i can order and use my store credit?

      Apologies, not certain why the credit was not showing on your file, I have personally confirmed it is there now. Sorry for the inconvenience. We Open at 11am and close at 1am Sun-Thur and 11am til 3am Fri & Sat.

      Just over a week ago (Nov 4th or 5th) I placed an order. The bill came out to 35$ or so. A driver I knew from before dropped off the product. Everything was great up to that point. I went to offer cash payment, thinking I was handing the driver a $50 bill when instead I gave him a $100 bill. He looked at me funny as I told him I only wanted about $8 change or so. Anyway I still did not realize what I handed him. Some hours later I went to the store hoping to pull out my $100 bill for groceries and realized the pizza error. This past week I sent the company 2 emails on their site...no answer. Help

      We have records of all our orders, deliveries and drivers.

      We have confirmed with the owner or McPhillips and the driver who delivered and handled the transaction with said guest and after reviewing all records and cash-outs that there was no record of a $100 bill in this drivers order, not was this driver over by $50 plus dollars (which would have been the case ) if the driver received $100 bill and the guest provided a $50 tip.

      We are sorry to hear that this guest cannot account for these funds, however they were not provided to our driver.

      I am an organized person and generally keep good track of my finances.

      We appreciate your concern, however we have performed a thorough investigation with the location, driver and owner for all delivery sales, and have confirmed no $100 bill was received from any of our drivers.
