*************************** I called the ***** company to fix plumbing problem I.e. drainage pipe rusted and broke in bath room sink. They came and replaced the pipe & charged $123. After he left we noticed no water in hot tap. He came back next day checked and said he needed water to be shut in the whole condo building 111 suits. Needed 3 days to was arranged. He came back worked for an hour and no luck. Informed that condo water need to be shut off completely from main source. Which we arranged by giving tenants 3days notice. Meanwhile we noticed no water in kitchen sink. He came next day took 3mts to fix it and demanded & took $165.came back 2days later when water was shut off and worked for 30 minutes and left saying it's ok & left. After main water was opened ,no water in bathroom sink. We called him and he came back next day and said we need new tap, go get it and I will install it. We got the tape and called him for last 4days left massages and he not answering till to day July 6th. 41days passed and nearly $130 minus. Please help me. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/19) */ Madam, I am sorry you were not happy with your experience. Respectfully, you requested that we do additional work for free that was over and above the original scope of work and price quoted. Each time you requested work be performed, you were told the price in advance and you agreed to it. In fact, Chad even made one service call free of charge while trying to address your request for additional work for free. When you continued to demand that we do additional work free of charge, Chad declined and again provided you a price to do the extra work. As we could not agree on a price Chad then informed you that the original work was completed as agreed to and that no further work would be performed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Company came and did original work but left hot water in sink disconnected which had no problem to start with. They should have not touched it in the first place. They could not get water going, and after several visits, and we are still without hot water. They should not have disturbed the water as there was no need for them to touch it. The water in kitchen sink also stopped and they charged for 2nd time to correct it. We paid over $340 and still without water and they want to charge us still more to come and fix the problem.*********************** Damu
