Carpenter Enterprises was hired to demolish and backfill our I ground pool and completed this job in June 2020. There were some issues. We told them about our inground sprinkler system and they still dislodged 2 sprinkler heads and lines which had to be repaired by another company. They used old brittle plywood for the runway for their skid steer machine and there were multiple pieces of plywood buried underground and was a significant problem in our flower beds and required many hours of us digging up and dislodging many pieces of this plywood. The main reason for this********** was regarding a step at the side of our house which was adjacent to the path of the skid steer and was dislodged and created a significant wobble. We had contacted Mr. ********* who agreed to fix this as per the contract "all areas to be restored to original condition " we have contacted Mr. ********* many times over the past year and a half and he always promises to come fix this but never keeps his word. *************************************************************** *****************************************
