** ********* ******* Roofing job was 'completed' over a year ago. This spring it was discovered that they had failed to complete the job as they did not cap the peaks and was confirmed by the roofer via text in March 2022. Roofer advised that they would call in the summer and get it fixed. No correspondence was received - I followed up on July 21. He responded on the 28th indicating they were too busy and would touch base with me in a couple of weeks No correspondence was received - I followed up on; Aug 20 - no response. I followed up on Sept 12 - no response I followed up on October 5 via phone call - he had set a date to fix it between Oct 18th and 20th Oct 19th I sent a reminder telling him where the extra shingles were - no response AND no one showed up Oct 21 - I followed up asking what happened - he indicated they were busy but would be out on Monday No one showed up - no follow up correspondence from the company Oct 26 I followed up - no response Oct 26 I followed up - no response Oct 27 I followed up - advised he would be over on the weekend No one showed up - no follow up correspondence from the company Nov 2 I followed up - no response Nov 4 I follow up - he had forgotten, said he would be on Sunday - no one showed up I called him, set up a plan for Thursday - cancelled due to inclement weather - he said he would be out on the weekend, or Monday No one showed up - no follow up correspondence from the company Nov 24 he sent a message saying it would be done on this weekend No one showed up - no follow up correspondence from the company Dec 7th – tried calling – no answer – I have left a message but suspect that this wont be resolved without your assistance. 6 missed appointments to date, only twice did the company put in any effort to communicate - but most importantly without the ridge caps there is SUBSTANTIAL risk that shingles will blow off, and / or moisture will get in!
