We were not familiar with Cover Tight before we had our roof done. After several estimates and some research, we landed on Ryan’s company and felt we found the best fit for the job after meeting him and going over his roofing package and the work we wanted done. ***** ***** *** * ***** ****** **** ***. Solid reviews from customers on google. And gives a ten year transferable labour warranty. The estimate wasn’t the lowest…but when paying the least, we’ve found it’s usually at the cost of some of the quality. We did not want to take that chance. The estimate we received felt very fair for the job. The time frame he was able to offer (3-5 weeks to start the job) was ideal for us, and he was here starting the work by about the 4 week mark. We hired Ryan and his crew to reshingle our house and garage as well as bring two “dead” chimney’s down below the roofline and seal them off. We were very happy with the quality of shingle (***) and underlay (******) he could offer, as well as the 6 nails per shingle security. He provided all the bells and whistles we were looking for like the drip edges and the ice and water shield. Ryan noticed we were short on vents, and they fixed that as well. Ryan and his crew took down the chimneys and hard foamed as well as spray foamed them shut under the roofline. Unfortunately, our garage fascia is not even from side to side and we were left with a gap when the guys replaced a couple feet of plywood at one of the corners. Ryan worked with us to try and seal it up and we appreciated him not leaving us a squirrel entry point. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure over the two days it took to do the work. Very respectful of our property. We really felt they took great pride in doing the job well. They were very fast.
