I brought my hair cutting scissors to Dr. Saw to get sharpened on May 8, 2023 and was told to come back a week later on May 15 to retrieve them. When went to pick them up I was informed that they were damaged while sharpening, and he had to reshape the blades to account for this. I paid and went home to try them out. They did not cut properly and pulled the hair which is unacceptable for the tool to be doing that. I called and explained the problem, then was told to come back and he would fix them. So I did right away that same day. he repaired and resharpened the blades so I took them home again and tried them out. They still did not cut properly. I called again wanting them replaced, I was refused only told to bring them back for "resharpening". I had been patient enough having them get broken while in their possession to begin with and being willing to try out his "repair" at all. I knew the scissors would never be the same. I regret taking them there at all and I am looking at $******* to replace them. I only expect him to replace what he broke, which is entirely fair.
