      We tried to buy a Is truck online. First they needed *** hundred dollars for insurance for a month. Then on Thursday they took out ***** hundred and ******* **** dollars and some change. But we do not have delivery of the truck. They said they pay out a personal loan which they have not. Tried phoning them today. When they would be able to drop it off? There's no answer. Went straight to voicemail. Mailbox is full. I want to know when they're gonna take money out of my account. I Want to know how much they're gonna take. How often. Or my money back or the truck *** ****** ** *** ***** *** *******

      I am rejecting this response because:  ******* I did NOT authorize said business to take loan out in my name.  I am a single mother and only found out that the loan was in my name, as I was trying to refinance my home.  I did not authorize it!  I did not sign anything.  I’ve asked repeatedly for a copy of the financial agreement.  I have yet to receive anything.  I will be contacting a lawyer to see what options I have to get my name off this $*** *** loan!!!
      Sales man Jesse stated that they would cover 2 MPI payments to make up for all the inconvenient.  He also stated 3 free oil changes in Brandon. 
      Because they stopped answering the phone calls and texts, I was in Wpg and just stopped by dealer ship to get insurance sorted out.  All the paper work was not complete.  After multiple trips to insurance broker, 2 hours later, we had the truck insured.  When I mentioned the verbal agreement for 2 month’s worth of MPI, they stated only 1 month.  On my trip home, I realized that I had sent the dealership an etransfer for $*** for insurance already and still didn’t get the one month of MPI credit.  They currently have $**** sitting in their ******* that I am being charged interest at 2 places…. They said they would pay off loan, and have yet to do so.
      I am seeking ***** action for the following
      $*** for 2 months of insurance
      $** for my time sitting around waiting for paper work
      $*** for driving to wpg to get them to do their job

      Leaving the loan out of it I see it as they owe me personal...$*** just for following what they offered.  $*** for payment they went out of my account.. should have been posted as down payment and gone against the principle

      Sept 10 -17 purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot: we were rushed through this sales process and made promises that of course went unattended ** ******* ** **** **** **********, offered $1000 cheque as a rebate on warranty, repair of left multi function lever and told there was just 1 key not 2 as previous told at time of signing documentation Sept 27 canceled the highly overpriced Tire and Rim protection plan $3885 and Extended Warranty $8,880 within the 30 day cancellation period (this was on $15,995 vehicle bring total purchase up to over $28K) Sept 29 spoke with the acct executive of the warranty company ********, who confirmed the tire and rim pricing was excessive. He advised us to cancel the tire & rim portion and said dealership was offering a $2000 rebate on warranty. We refused and received confirmation from the warranty company on Oct 11 that it had been cancelled and refund was in the hands of the dealership. I have emailed the dealership 3 times now including an email to the VP without response on the status of this refund to be applied to the bank loan. Last week, just 33 days after deliver the engine light came on. On Monday of this week we took it to a dealership, now 38 days after delivery and just 2103 kms to find we need a new catalytic converter priced at $930. I have emailed the VP detailing all the issues at hand *** *** *** ****** ** **** ***** ********* ** and not received a response of any kind after 2 business days. I am seeking confirmation on the refund to the loan for the cost of the tire & rim plus extended warranty less $135 administration fee and ************ ** repair for the catalytic converter.

      The additional products were cancelled as requested; **** will never talk to the dealer to clarify that refund is received a copy of the cheque is attached to my response. We will not be compensating or fixing the Convertor on the customers vehicle, The warranty they cancelled would have covered the cost of this repair, in the first couple days of receiving the vehicle we would of helped at no charge, purchasing a 7-year-old vehicle with over 169,000 km is why we recommend protecting yourself and purchasing additional warranty,

      Unfortunately it is a used vehicle and parts do go on them unfortunately, I do apologize for your bad experience and wish you never had that but unfortunately it did happen. We always try to give the best experience but unfortunately some bad experiences do happen. Once again we will not be compensating you on the catalytic converter. Parts do fail on a vehicle. Was the spare key promised and written down in the deal sheet? I’ll look at the deal sheet tomorrow and if it was promised in writing I will go and supply another key or reimburse you on the key if you already gotten one. If it is not written down I can’t do anything. We do have delivery sheets that every customer signs off on that says nothing else promised or customer can write on it stuff that was promised and not given yet.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response to this complaint has only made me even more dissatisfied with the lack of unprofessionalism with a company that should bear a much higher standard ****** ** *** **** **** *****  **** ***** ** ****** ***** **** **** ** ******* ****** ** **** *** ********* **** **** ******* *** **** ***** ** ******** ******* **** **** ********  Who is responding to my complaint on behalf of this business?  No name is signed to any of the responses.  You mention "We do have delivery sheets that every customer signs off on that says nothing else promised or customer can write on it stuff that was promised and not given yet."  We did not sign off on any delivery sheet or a deal sheet and promises were made.  *** ***** ********** ***** * we were ushered through the sales process at warp speed while in the Finance Manager's office prior to seeing the vehicle, ***** ********* **** **** * *********** ********** ***** **** ***** *****.  We had to come back a total of 3 visit in order to test drive the vehicle we were pushed through into purchasing.  Of course by this time we had ******** signed documents ******** trusting your ******** business and ********* staff.  Upon test driving and seeing the broken multi function lever (again this is going to cost us $238.10 to repair) we were promised by the used car manager & Gu that a new part would be ordered.  Upon delivery we were surprised to find out there was just one key and not two that Rocco had told us of in a prior visit. (This will cost us $370.00). Of course NONE of this is written down on a deal sheet or a delivery sheet because we were never given this opportunity.  Will action be taken for any of this? We are beyond disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement for our concerns including no reply from the VP to an email to inform him of the situation.  My emails, and there were more then one to find out the status of the refund cheque (**** *** ************ ********** **********) went unanswered.  And the final straw is now this $930 repair on a vehicle that was just 33 days off your lot.  Yes, vehicles break down, but not this soon & to this extreme of a cost.  ** ** ******** **** **** ******* ** ******* ** ****** *** **** ****** *** *********** **** ** ******** * **** ***** *** ** *** **** ** **** **** **** ** ***** ********** ******* ******* ** *** ***** ***** *** ********* ** ***** ********** ***** ** *** ** ****  I do not intend to just go away or stay quiet about any of this *** **** ** ********** * *** ** **** **** ***** ****** ********* ******** ***** ** **** ***** ******* *** ******  * **** * ******* **** *** **** *** ***** ***
