Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a pair of women’s shoes I purchased from your store on July 11th this year. Unfortunately, after using them less than three times, the shoes began to peel. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected the shoes to be of superior quality. However, they failed to meet even the most basic standards. When I attempted to return the shoes and request a refund, the store manager declined, stating the reason being that I had used them. I find this rationale deeply unsatisfactory. How else would I know of the defect unless I used the product? It’s important for customers to trust the products they buy, and I believe it is your responsibility to provide items that are fit for purpose and free of defects. I urge you to reconsider your decision and provide a full refund for the faulty shoes. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
