      Getting the run around from ur Moncton location. We got a fridge from them back in September, not even two weeks after the freezer stopped working. They had no tech to come look at it and not offering deliver for the exchange(keep in mind we paid a uhall out-of pocket to being it home)spent again for another uhall to do the exchange to have this fridge also not working and on top gave us a bigger one that doesn't fit.and once again no help with the delivery for the exchange. Offering us in store credit that will never be used. With the lost food we spent over $500 and still don't have a working fridge. And still no service from them. I asked them to cover the uhall this time. They refuse. I want my money back

      Hello,

      The customers fridge is going to Moncton from our Dartmouth location which will be loaded this evening and on the road tomorrow Feb 17/23 and should arrive at our Moncton location by Monday or Tuesday. 

      As per our Warranty in Moncton we only deal with third party delivery guy, we only do exchanges or in store credits no refunds.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      As I told them everytime.
      I have to spend money in renting a uhall. I live 45min away. So every time it costed me close to $200.

      I cant keep doing that because they have no teck to come here.
      I lost all my food when the first Fridge broke. Wich was over $300.

      I can't afford to rent another uhall for another exchange.  This is the 3rd Fridge i pay to have exchange and all not working. I cant keep spending. 
      At this point I should have gotten a brand new one from leon.

      I want my money back i don't want to deal with this anymore .
      I don't care about them using a 3rd party for delivery. They coule pay them to do the exchange instead of offering credit that will never be used because this will honestly be the last time I will ever deal with them.

      Our washer broke and we went looking for another on Thursday Aug 19, 2021. We went to discount appliances but they didn't have any in stock. The manager, ****** told us he'd have it on a truck that day and it would arrive Friday Aug 20. It never arrived. We kept checking in the following week and they advised us they didn't know when the truck would arrive. Having 2 small children our laundry was pilling up. On Saturday Aug 28 we went to another appliance store and purchased a washer we could bring home the same day. We asked discount for a refund but they have so far refused. They want us to have an in store credit instead. I feel that is unacceptable as they led us to believe it would be in Aug 20 instead of saying there might be a wait for the shipment. Had we known there would be a wait we would never have paid for the appliance and would have kept shopping to have one quicker. We paid $281.74 after a $35 credit for bringing in our old washer. Order# 2703.

      The store manager ****** wasn't able to get a truck for Aug 20/2021 and the customer ******* ***** went and purchased another washer at another store.

      The store manager ****** spoke with the ******* ***** and gave him a full in store credit and plus an extra $100.00 and the customer was satisfied with that and it was resolved.

      Last Thursday I went to discount appliance inc located in dieppe . As I walked in I told the lady I was looking for a portable washing machine (I don’t have the hookup in my apt). She walked me to this machine and told me and my mom that this was a portable washing machine (it looked like it) papers inside was for a portable so I paid 800$ . Tuesday I had it delivered to my place from a company they sent it with I paid 80$ for my delivery. As the guys are unloading it I asked if the washer had wheels the guys says “no I don’t see any” I thought it was odd since it’s a portable. Right away I try to set it up and notice I don’t have the faucet adaptor. I contacted the company they told me I had to purchase that myself . Ok fine but after I scanned the barcode to my washer and found out it is not even a portable machine and is a stationary. They had put papers from another portable washer in my machine . As soon as I notice I called the store and the lady tells me “managers on vacat

      Hello,

      The store manger ****** was speaking with the customer and asked for pics of the legs to order the wheels to make it portable, explained to customer  there's two types of wheels and we needed to get the right ones and customer refused to send pics.

      We also offered customer an instore credit or an exchange and customer refused and wanted a refund.

      We don't give refunds as per our warranty which the customer signed.

      The customer can still send us pictures of the leg so we can order the proper wheels.
