This company is in ***** ** * ***** ******** to creat a mobile app and to market the app. They were paid in full for the contracts but did not deliver what they promised and now will not return my calls. The ceo ***** claimed he was to issue a refund for the digital marketing contract but now that he is supposed to be returning the money he has stopped communicating. He was also responsible for keeping the wedsitr up and running but now it’s down and can no longer be found. I paid him 1500 for a years hosting contract and he is not in compliance of the contract. The app does not work either. It’s full of bugs and none of its features work. A potential user cannot even make an account anymore. All the accounts made are fraudulent as well. The marketing leader made them up to look like ppl were interested in the platform. The total in the box below is for the development contract which was 18 months late digital marketing which was agreed to be promptly refunded when it was discovered the app was not ready to be marketed due to bugs and crashes and hosting which at this time is not being honored app developed contract 15000 digital marketing 6500 paid out of a 9000 contract. I was making monthly installments and 1500x2years for hosting which is not longer being honoredInitial Complaint

On 23rd of August, 2021, my company (********** Limited Company) entered into an application development agreement with our MapleBrains Technologies (A Canadian Registered Company). I contracted MapleBrains Technologies to build a website and also develop mobile applications that would permit our clients to market their services to the cosmetology industry and their customers in Ghana and around the world. The application was to be completed by February 10, 2022. For MapleBrains Technologies’ assistance, I agreed to pay you US$11,000. However, by June 2022, I was overcharged by MapleBrains for US$14,000. All charges raised by MapleBrains Technologies were paid promptly and upon demand to ensure the timely completion of GroomAfrik’s request. The project was to be completed 180 days. It has been over a year since MapleBrains Technologies began developing the website and applications. As of today December 20, 2022, the applications are not fit for purpose and is sullied with glitches and bugs to my detriment. The applications failed to operate correctly after the Delivery Date; our clients cannot create profiles on Android devices. The application crashes intermittently when client attempt to sign up. As a result, our company managers must create profiles for clients - an option that MapleBrains agreed is entirely impracticable and most unideal and inhibiting to our business model. This issue is heightened with *** devices. Not a single account has been created by *** users, as the applications are defective. On October 14th, 2022, MapleBrains without informing me, deactivated my applications on the Apple App Store and all efforts to reach them for a reason has fallen on deaf ears. I have reached out to MaplesBrains on multiple occasions to no avail. Currently, I do not have tour software source codes which are fully paid for. MapleBrains has hijacked logins to my company’s url and other materials. Letters from my attorneys to MapleBrains have gone answered.
