Lied to me multiple times. Told me they were going to get my prefered model from another dealership and that my vehicle would arrive on April 26th, 2021 as they had none in stock. This was important to me as I needed to travel to another province to begin a quarantine in order to start a job in another province at an agreed date. I called on April 26th to see when I should show up to the dealership that afternoon and was told by my salesman (****** ******) that they weren't able to send anybody to get the car because "people were in meetings and Mondays are busy with paperwork and stuff from previous week". He said they would send someone first thing Tuesday. I call Tuesday still no car. I am finally able to take possession of my car On Wednesday the 28th. After complaining in a customer satisfaction survey I am told by ** ****** that the excuse of "people were in meetings" was a lie and that they had to spend the 26th and 27th negotiating the exchange between the dealers so that I could actually get my vehicle. I was also lied to about winter tires. I asked my salesman twice about getting winter tires included in the deal and he agreed both times. We talked about it over the phone on April 22nd while I was verbally agreeing to purchase the vehicle and again on the 28th in person while I was taking possession of the vehicle. He told me the tires I needed weren't in stock and there would be a delay getting them due to covid. Months later after countless calls and messages to the dealership that went unanswered and ignored, I was finally told I would not be getting any tires because they never agreed to it.
