            I booked a service call to have Mr. **** inspect the above ground pool that came with the house I had just purchased. The appointment was made for a Friday afternoon. At 3:30 they still hadn't come, so I called and was guaranteed they were coming before the end of the day. I work from home full-time so I was at the house all day and no one ever came so I contacted other companies. A week and a half later I receive an invoice for a service call, with no additional information about the state of the pool. I call the company and explain to the receptionist that I have an invoice that tells me no new information about the pool and ask if they can come back to look again. She says they're fully booked. I ask what I'm supposed to do with this invoice where I'm essentially paying for nothing and she snaps "Well don't worry about paying it then" and hangs up. Mr. **** does not honor their commitments and has terrible customer service. I would recommend any other pool company in the city over them.
