Do not deal with this business, traded my truck for an SUV. My mistake, immediately ran into multiple problems with the vehicle costing over $3,000 to fix with little help from them. Pretty much gave them my truck for nothing as they charged me double the vehicles value. Again my mistake, lesson learned.Review from Sabastian S

I was reading reviews online before I bought the car, they were mixed. Due to bad credit and my finance manager was very polite and easy to talk with I ended up buying a suv. I had such a great experience I wanted to share with everyone that it did go well, my suv runs great and they had been very professional and helpful.Review from Sarah R

STAY AWAY!!!!!! They promised they wouldn't hit my credit and they LIED. They gave me SEVEN hits on my credit over 2 days. When I told them I no longer was interested They harassed me for days with calling non stop, all hours. Then when that didn't work they began texting and threatening me with saying they would hit my credit until I called back. In the end someone tried to smooth things over by telling me they calculated it wrong and my payment was over charged by 200$. They are desperate and take advantage of people by destroying their credit.Review from Joe C

They just about ripped me off, vehicle I signed for was dirty, stunk in side, interior was dirty. Fresh mvi but windshield was broke, heater/ac didn't work. I refused the car abd they continued to lie to me, saying I was stuck with the loan. They were trying to sell me junk. I called bank and found out file was closed. I was really needing an suv for me and my 2 roommates and my current car wasn't big enough so I spoke with one of the sales team and not only were they able to find me an suv that was amazing with gas consumption but he was able to answer all my questions and was very patient and had lots of experience but he was also able to help me stay within my budget so that I could save money! I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who has bad credit and keeps getting told no well they told me yes and they have definitely changed my life!Review from Mark W

Received a car and cash back in exchange for my two vehicles. I was very hesitant and my gut was telling me something was off. But the owner gave me his word he wouldnt give us a bad car that would break down in a year. I was very nervous but took his word. This was my mistake. We have had issues with this car every single month. Their mechanic replaced parts with even more broken parts. Our car is now stalling at lights. We went back and asked if they can do anything or get us in a different vehicle the owner decided to insult us, tell us to shut up, stop yapping and more. I have never been spoken to like this. Please warn everyone to not go here, they are scam artists and will treat you like garbage once you leave and are stuck with your car. Seeing other reviews about extended warranty being added without consent. This seems to be theme. Brought our paperwork to other dealerships and was told what they did was illegal.Review from Krista T

They will hit your credit several times. They don't need to do that. They only need to do it once, and they also went other financial institutions other than banks. They told me they couldn't find me a car, I said wait till the write off is off of it. I texted and called ******, he never responded, pretty poor customer service.
