All Seasons Heating & Refrigeration was paid in full (more than $55,000.00) to install a geo thermal system in our new home, and a heat pump in a bonus space. The installation was substantially completed; however, there were various parts of the job that were not completed, at all. There was no ductwork for heat or air installed in one bathroom. There was no return air duct installed in the lower level. HRV timers were never installed in two bathrooms. There is a sensor that was left dangling from a wire in a main living space. The company also failed to supply and install a Duct Heater for which we were invoiced (and paid) $719.36+HST=$827.26 (for the heater alone), plus the charge for the installation. The owner has promised to return and complete the work MANY times in the last six months but has always failed to show or re-schedule. The last time he was at our house was Feb 2023. We have not been able to resolve our concerns regarding the incomplete installation of the system and failure to provide and install the Duct Heater despite repeated attempts. The company also charged more than the verbally agreed upon price to supply and install the heat pump in the bonus space. The owner of the company does not respond to calls or texts, reliably and does not respond to requests for service or warranty work. At this point, we are requesting a partial refund as compensation.Initial Complaint

I had a Trane heat pump installed in 2013 by ***** ******** (Owner of All Seasons Heating and Refrigeration located in Woodstock NB). Part of my package was 10 years extended warranty for parts and labor which should be honoured until 2023. The outside unit has been broken since fall of 2021 and owner ***** ******** is refusing to come back to fix it. He stated he was coming this past Monday but texted he was fixing a cooler at subway but now will not return texts or phone calls regarding coming to fix the outside unit! Have had to run the heat pump on emergency heat all winter which resulted in very high electricity bills and am still having to run the unit on emergency heat as outside unit is not functioning! Also will not have AC for the summer if the outside unit does not work! Need to have this fixed under warranty ASAP!
