transaction were from Aug - Sept. Building and Hardware supplies for the construction company of Mccoy Turnkey. Called first of October 2023, asked **** ***** for payment and he said that he would meet with us to discuss the invoices. Oct 11, 2023 at Simms Home Hardware met with **** and we arranged a payment plan that **** was going to work with us to pay. Also gave us a letter for personal guarantee, signed and dated. After Oct 11, 2023 had no more communication with ****. Tried calling and texting. Left messages with ***** and ****. Call BBB March 8, 2024 to file a complaint. Working with *****.Initial Complaint

This company/and the owner breached our agreement and cancelled my kitchen renovations on Apr/23 after taking a large deposit of $10,000 in Aug/22 and postponing renovations repeatedly between September/22 through to April/23. In April/23 a week before the newest install date he decided to forward an additional quote for $7859.15 claiming we needed an LVL beam even after it was discussed in Nov/22 that we did not need the beam. It was discussed originally in Aug with the staff who did the first quote and again in November when the owner came to the house himself. (I also now have a letter from an engineer company stating the house does not require a beam ). He cancelled the renos after I did not agree to paying more and he would not return our $10,000 deposit and said we had to take the cabinets which were NOT retrofitted to the kitchen being as he pulled out of the renovations. Basically handing the cabinets over to a young family with 3 kids and leaving us to figure out what to do with a kitchen worth of cabinets and no experience in renovations. With little choice but to take the cabinets, they were delivered at the end of Apr/23, the crown molding was not ready, I had the employee sign off on the documents that the crown molding was still owed. Later in May/23 after opening all the material it was discovered the island was missing the side panels and the corner ******* was missing the inner shelves and the employee texted back it would be a quick fix. I have tried numerous times to retrieve the missing materials since that point. The staff member said he could only do what he was instructed and was not given time to finish the job and to reach out to the operations manger and they said I have to talk to the owner and the owner will not return my calls or text messages. The owner also owns ******** ******* **** and is tied into and apart of this complaint.
