  Bought a 2021 t654 which was supposed to be delivered as a power shuttle shift with industrial tires !!! And guess what was delivered with agg tires and sncroshuttle !! I refused the delivery but was told by salesman over the phone that if I let them deliver they would take care off problem!! Guess what that was ******** since then salesman is gone still fighting for tires lever for creeper gear has nvr been used and is seized solid orings in all four loader cylinders are broken and leaking only 220 hours on tractor and am getting runaround solid !!!!!!! No return phone calls or emails!!! I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company period!!! If you can’t back what you sell don’t sell it or grow a set of balls and deal with your customers that aren’t happy!!!! I’ll be glad to inform anyone who wants to contact me of the badddddd service!!!!!

  We checked the Bill of Sale and price customer was charged was for a mechanical shuttle.  As far as the tires the customer is correct the tires he requested are still on order with TYM which we have followed up with several times and still can not confirm a delivery date.  The hydraulic loader cylinders have a one year warranty as the loader is a separate piece of equipment from the tractor so the warranty has expired.  We will make an effort with no gurantee to help the customer with the cylinders.  The creeper gear issue has been repaired by our technician.  The manager of the Moncton store where the tractor was purchased was only made aware of this situation late spring of this year.  When service department was advised of the creeper gear issue *** ******* contacted the customer and had our technician repair this job within several days.

  We will look after the tires and get the cylinders replaced.  In closing this all could have been avoided if these issues were brought to our attention back when the tractor was purchased not a year and half later and we would not have had to get the BBB involved.

  The day tractor was delivered to me I made it clear about tires and the shuttle shift I refused to allow delivery person to unload it made call to salesman herb Doucette who shortly after left the company he said unload it and everything would be taken care of!!!! !! And yes a year and a half later it hasn’t been!!! Cylinders and creeper gear were this spring and had to call multiple times to get any satisfaction!!!in closing this could all have been resolved without having BBB involved if my complaints would have been considered in a timely manner!!!! Thank you very much!!!

  Where do I begin… Well im in the military and they sold me a brand new lund boat without telling me about the military discount. I even asked about it and they told me no we dont have a military discount Upon further research they do offer a discount and ive been waiting months to receieve it The ownership papers were sent to the wrong address after I told them about my new address multiple times. The owner of the company has done nothing for me, no apoligy. No discount… not a single thing. I was told to go fuck myself over the phone by diane patterson and she has been extremely rude. I want whats owed to be and something else for my troubles. This has been the worst costumer service experience and there are lots of people who are starting to see the real trouble with pattersons.. The communication between there dealerships is awful.

  Good afternoon, 

  Mr. ******** has purchased a boat from **** *********** which is not LJ Patterson Sales. 

  we were able to supply him with his military discount which was not an issue. It did take some work & research but we did issue him a discount.  He provided us the incorrect address for himself, so therefore his discount was sent to his incorrect address. We are currently trying to locate the original cheque before we reissue his new one.

  His ownership papers, the customer has received them. 

  And for the record I have never responded to anyone with that such harsh words.
