      I am very disappointed in their Enercheck office service. I paid them for the 2 inspections - $286.35 on January 7/22 and $115.00 on May 27/22 I had my final inspection for the government grants on May 27, 2022. I have contacted them many times about the "Post-retrofit evaluation" to upload to Canada Greener Homes Grant. They blamed Canada Greener Homes Grants portal had a glitch and that they sent it manually. I made phone calls plus emails to Canada Greener Homes Grant. They did a follow up and sent me an email confirming that they are waiting for the Enercheck “Post-retrofit evaluation” and for me to contact them. Canada Homes Grants confirmed that they had all the documents that they needed from me that I uploaded. I made a phone call to Enercheck, the woman said they sent it manually and for me just to wait. She was very dismissive and unprofessional of my call and not helpful at all. I followed up with an email stating for Enercheck just to resubmit the report via the portal. No reply! So, I wait. As of today this is the status message of the account: "In progress / En cours Post-retrofit evaluation requested Enercheck Solutions Ltd (NB)" It has been in that stage for far too long. I want confirmation that Enercheck has sent and that Canada Greener Homes Grant has received that "Final Post-Retrofit "Report so I am not delayed in getting the Canada Homes Grant rebate.

      Start of the summer I was looking to get one of the greener homes assessments done to put heat pumps in. I contacted a couple companies listed on the ************ page, and Enercheck was the first to respond and book an assessment. The employee doing the assessment was great. He showed up on time, friendly and professional. He went over his recommendations with me, and told me it would take up to 2 weeks to get the official report (which I need to apply for the 0% interest loan from the greener homes program). I paid him his $200 and went out, found a contactor, and figured that by the time they were ready to install I would have the report. Well. Boy howdy. After two weeks I had nothing, so, I emailed enercheck. Got an auto reply that said they would reply in 2-4 days. It also said reports were taking 4-6 weeks. Wait a minute I didn't sign on for that. Ok well, when they reply in 2-4 days I'll ask if they can expedite it as I have a contract on standby. Except they dont follow up I. 2-4 days. So I call. Get a voicemail that says they will respond to my message in 2-4 days (riiight) and also reports are now taking 6-8 weeks. So at this point I'm kind of annoyed. No call back after another 2-4 days, So I figure id better try ************, who is administering the program. They told me they would reach out to Enercheck and get them to contact me. I hear nothing. They escalate it to higher ups. At Enercheck. Nothing. Still not heard word one from the company after trying to contact them for over a month now. There are other people on ******** and ****** reviews with similar experiences.

      I paid to have a home energy assessment done on the 12th of July. They advertise on ******** (video) that you will have a report within a few days. When I received my paid invoice via email this was a note that said that the report would take between 4-6 weeks. This was never disclosed before I made the appointment for the assessment. When I emailed them after 5 weeks I got an automatic response saying that reports would take 6-8 weeks. No actual person responded to that email. I called them twice, the last time being the 23rd of August, and only got voicemail. No one called me back. The delay in getting the report means that I cannot proceed with applying for the federal government's Greener Homes program (loan and $5,000 grant). My renovations cannot start until I have the report and the program approves of the plan. My contractor cannot schedule my work because they need to have the plan approved before any work can be done. Enercheck Solutions is relying on false claims in it's ******** video of delivering reports in a few days to drum up business. A few days became 4-6 weeks, which became 6-8 weeks.       I had my home evaluation completed 6 June and paid in full. At that point the evaluator mentioned approx 2 weeks for my report. After 2 weeks I emailed asking fit information and was told 4 to 6 as they are too busy. After 6 weeks I called and the person on the phone looked up my number and confirmed it was completed and would be sent to me. After not receiving I called again and left voice-mail along with emails. None were returned. Today I was able to reach someone and again explained the reason for my call. She answered that they were very busy and in reality it would be closer to 8 weeks before I received my report. After being told by someone else it was done. The lady dho answered the phone was extremely short with me and very unperfessional. She said let's talk about why you ate in such a rush. I explained I paid her my money for a service and simply wanted what i paid for. I asked to talk to someone else. She placed me on hold and came back to explain the manager was to busy but that they would refund my money. I asked to come in but was told no. Best she could do was offer a call back. Last week when I spoke to someone else they looked file up based on my number and found it but this time she never bothered to look and only asked for my number at the end of the call before hanging up on me explaining they were too busy.

      We paid for an energy audit on July 20, 2021 but did not receive the promised report providing our energy assessment. We have tried contacting the company for two months via email and phone and have had no response. They have no physical office to visit.

      I received contact directly from the business in question and they were finally able to provide me with the report. Thanks and I'm happy to withdraw my complaint
