Defective Air tubes - exploited in stove . Maritime fire place originally said the we have to much moisture- area was tested and the humidity levels were in range . Then they said they exploded because we were not adhering to the fireplace manuals protocol - in fact we were - no garbage , nothing that burns at a higher temp and so on . She then said that the pictures were not the originals and yet the pictures sent in March were the same pictures sent again after they had lost our original file! I have the receipt from the chimney company that we had to have come in to inspect the stove and he was the one that told us there was a defect. From a lost file , inconsistency with response from maritime fire place , misinformation, we are seeking a resolution with a dishonest company .Business response
