            Huge miss for lounsbury appliances in Moncton I have now purchased 3 appliances from lounsbury. Due to my lifestyle I needed a commercial grade heavy duty washer, I was told by sales person that the Huebsch was what I needed. For 2 1/2 months it worked great, then it stopped. It wouldn’t do anything and there was a load of wet clothes stuck inside with the lid locked. After a week and a half a service man finally came out and managed to get the lid open but told me I would need a new control board as the old one was melted and could have burned my house down. He then informed me it would take a really long time to get the part. After 3 days of trying to get ahold of someone at lounsbury I was told it doesn’t take long for the part to come and I would have to wait. We are now going into week 3 my washer is sitting full of scummy water and they are back to not answering my calls. I wonder if they would have better customer service if their commissions were affected. This is beyond frustr

            We purchased a couch and chaise for over $3000. Within a week of receiving the couch the fabric began to pile. We contacted Lounsbury Furniture and they advised us to use a cloths shaver to remove the piles. They also advised if it happened more than 3 times to call back. We have been in contact with the store and they sent a fabricator to replace the seat cushions and fabric. On his advice he never did the work. Months later and still trying to get a resolution we finally agreed to having the repair work completed knowing that the pilling would continue as they are using the same fabric. Spoke with Lounsbury today as the only fabric and seat cushion sent was for the chaise and back. Nothing for the couch cushions. Tried to explain to Lounsbury however they said they didn’t and won’t repair the couch. Remember, the couch was the original complaint. The first fabricator advised us he had the fabric and seat cushions for the couch. Very dissatisfied with Lounsbury Furniture and will not recommend or shop there again.
