I purchased a laundry centre from The Brick on July 9, 2021 for total price of $2,006.66 including extended warranty. I had the unit installed in my house the end of August. The second time we used the washer, during the spin cycle the inside tub had so much movement that the front panel of the washer detached from the unit and is dented. I called the company that is supposed to do the warranty work and they told me they would call me back within 3 business days, I waited 1 week and called them again. I waited another week then I called The Brick and talked to the manager, who said he would look into this and call me back. I waited another week and called The Brick again, and that was almost a week ago and still nobody has contacted me.Customer response
