  September 17 2021. **** ********** company, No Stress Moving Moncton, moved in some furniture into our home. His workers barely were slacking around, being unprofessional as well as vulgar. Smoking and spitting on the ground of the garage. In addition they irreparably damaged my computer screen, which they promised to replace. They replaced it with a piece of junk tiny television worth a fraction of the price (that was probably free - it's garbage) that doesn't even have HDMI. After calling about this he yelled and hung up the phone, and refused to pick up further calls. I have a signed slip from **** with the invoice and date. As well as a guarantee to replace the computer screen.

  Our employees did do this move and were very professional and were not spitting on any property or using vulger language. On Sept.28/2021 the mother of the complaintant did call our office freaking out and cursing at the receptionist whic h then the call was transferred to the owners. At this time the owners listened to the mother fraking at them and the asked if they signed the waiver which they did and when the owners tried explaining the waiver to the mother again the mother started to curse and threaten the owners, at this time the owners told the mother the call is ending. The computer screen in mention did recieve damage to it being put on a shelve higher then the guys and when they leaned it the screen fell on the floor. The owners did replace it with the same brand and the same amount it cost. The owners did not have to do this but the owners did as in the waiver it states the customer should transport and handle electronics which no one told the movers the screen was put up on the shelve from the previous movers. No one yelled at the complaintant as **** was not the one the office dealt with it was his mother. **** did not call the office at anytime to voice his concerns. Also to mention out phone calls to and from our office are all recorded for our protection as well as the customers. The owners did go over all recording for the days mention and no vulgar language or yelling was done by the staff or owners the yelling and vulgar as well as threats were done by the mother of ****. The owners as of date had submitted papers to their lawyer to see what could be done  against the mother for the threats made of the company being blacklisted as we have already contacted the previous company that moved them and they stated they have gone through the same back lash.
