I'm not one to post much on ******** but today i feel the need to do so. Thinking about buying a vehicle from Moncton Kia read this before you do!! I received a letter about a recall on my car for a brake line issue so this morning i called moncton kia to book an appointment. Service person told me he had a spot for me at 11:30 today if i could make it there by then, i told him i could'nt stay there and wait as i need to be home for when my son comes home from school, he responded by telling me they offer taxi service, they have my adress and info in there system and brought it up during the phone call. I tought thats great so i got in my car and drove to moncton kia. Upon arrival to moncton kia i hand my keys to the service department employee and ask how long it would be and he told me he was'nt sure so i asked for a taxi to take me home only to be told that they dont offer taxi service for people who live outside of moncton, i asked again how long it would take to see if i could be home in time for my son when he gets home from school and he told me they had 9 big jobs ahead of me and he did'nt even know if they could look at my car before late afternoon. I asked him to give me my keys and asked why did you make me drive here for an 11:30 appointment when you had 9 big jobs ahead of me and why did you offer me a taxi service that was not available to me, do you understand that you are wasting my time and money, he did'nt seem to be concerned or care. The level of i******** is beyond me!! Think twice before dealing with moncton kia unless you like ******* **** **** **** *****.
