      I am leaving this review to say how incredibly disgusted I am with rallye Motors and their business practices. First off the sales associates are great its the unprofessionalism of the so called sales *******s that is disgusting,they don't care one bit about the customer and give them false information and use greasy sales tactics to make people feel like they aren't welcome back if they don't purchase that day. They lie to customers and tell them it's going to be a certain price and then after all is said and done it's not even close to what they promised. Secondly I don't know if they think customers are deaf and can't hear them at their desk 10 feet away but they say very demeaning and hurtful things about both their coworkers and customers and honestly don't seem to care if anyone hears them. The ******* ******* **** is a very awful and selfish person and should in no way be the ******* ******* of any business let alone this one. He's rude and demeaning and if his ****** ***** *** *** ******* he wouldn't be the ******* ******* at all. Overall it is a terrible business and a very dishonest management team who are not above lying to customers to make the sale. I would recommend that nobody ever buy a vehicle from these absolute ********.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Rally Motors, your Moncton dealership, on April 29, 2024. My recent experience during the first vehicle maintenance service has left me concerned and disappointed. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I was informed of the necessity for scheduled maintenance due to it being a leased car. Complying, I visited the dealership for the first service after six months. During this service, the need for an oil filter replacement was mentioned; however, I was not informed of the costs until afterward. Furthermore, it came to my attention during a subsequent discussion with the dealership manager that the service also included an oil change. Transparency regarding service charges is essential. I was advised to replace the oil filter despite having driven only 2000 kilometers, contradicting my research and industry standards. Although the manager acknowledged this during our conversation, the lack of prior notification remains a concern. Additionally, I wish to address the unprofessional conduct of one of your managers, Julian. His demeanor during our interaction was dismissive and unhelpful, and his refusal to address my concerns regarding service charges was disheartening. Such behavior raises questions about the dealership's commitment to customer service and ethical business practices. As a consumer, I expect clarity and honesty in all business transactions. My request is for a refund for the unsatisfactory service experience, or to receive the next service free of charge. I urge you to investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues raised. It is my hope that Rally Motors will take steps to improve its service processes and uphold its reputation as a reputable dealership. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

      I wanted to help my 18 yr old buy his first car he had $8000 down and picked out a $14,855 car. When it came time to sign my son was having an anxiety attack and I asked if we could come back. She said it’s all ready just sign and you can leave. At this point my son is gagging trying not to throw up and I said again can we come back and was told to just sign. That the payments were $301 a month which is not true they are $380.88 monthly. They also didn’t send me the contract til 25 days later. And since then I’ve gone to the dealership they couldn’t explain how it went from $14855 to $17010. The owner said if that’s your signature there’s nothing we will do. He wouldn’t even explain it to me and was rude to me and really upset me and he didn’t care that his agent was pushy and I signed under distress without reading. The total of the car that’s listed at $14855 ended up costing $29,164.40 it just doesn’t make sense and he gave them $8000.
