I hired the company as I had a leak in my basement. They came on site, diagnosed the problem and prepared a solution and quote to repair. On the day of the work half of the work was deemed unnecessary and to be removed from quote, which it was. The rest of the work was more difficult. In the process of digging up the front of my house to conduct the work they damaged my house and the existing sealing that was there and the drainage around my house. They charged me to repair the damage they did to my home and the leak was still not fixed. They came back to reevaluate the problem and fixed it. The end solution cost a fraction of what I was charged and the rest of what I was charged would not have been required if they didn't show up to my house at all. It was required after they arrived only because they caused the damage. The more expensive solution was also their error, which was why I hired them they are the experts not me, and I do not think I should be charged for their error. I have contacted the company to try and resolve the issue but they have not gotten back to me. All I am asking is to be charged for the work that was actually required (some above ground gaps in the brick work with silicone) and not all the extras that were not needed or were needed due to the companies negligence.
